Kate Somerville esthetician Aly Mac sat down with us recently to share five healthy skin tips to add to your skincare routine, including hydrating your skin and reducing the appearance of fine lines.
1. Exfoliate

If you’re not already exfoliating as part of your weekly routine, you absolutely need to start! This process of removing the outermost layer of skin offers many benefits to your skin’s overall health.
